In 1984 he begins the creation of his first " Heads, Faces ". From the beginning of the nineties, while retaining the technical bases of " cold " work, he adopts a very personnal style by creating his " Déferlantes ", superb pieces of marine inspiration, combining glass and metal, abstraction anf figuration, works that are highly acclaimed by glass collectors and art amateurs. Encouraged by this success, he can go ahead in 1992 with the creation of his " Têtes " (" Heads "), in glass or cristal. Their figurative nature is now transformed by effects of contrast, of opposition between the dark and light areas that are formed by sand-blasting and the transparency created by thermal shock.
This young artist of 38 is, without doubt, one of the most talented of his generation.
